I’ve been to Vegas 6 times….have won a few jackpots, and have seen lots of people win jackpots…..but I’ve never seen an employee advise anyone to keep on playing. If they hand pay, they always say “Good Luck” as they walk away. As far as the odds are concerned, after you win a jackpot, the odds of you winning another one are the same as before you won the first one. The jackpots are purely random, and the same machine could give up 2 jackpots in a row, and the next machine, not pay in a month. My wife won 2 $500 jackpots, at the same machine within an hour….Remember….it’s entertainment. Have fun, and don’t plan on making money.

And for chitowncf, Casino employees are no different from other employees at other companies, they are working to pay bills just like you and me. How many casino workers have you talked to that have told you they are addicted gamblers? Grow up.
