I will be attending a Pittsburgh Dealers school in April and I have a choice of which game do I prefer to deal. Which game will give me more tips during the night? Craps, Roulette, Poker or Blackjack.

Also, they get tipped almost every hand, at least a dollar per hand. So however many hands you deal per hour, i imagine is what you make per hour!

It depends. If you’re dealing at high roller tables etc, then Blackjack can actually be better when players are on a hot streak. Of course the problem with Blackjack is you need the players to be winning, while with poker you’re going to have winners every hand, so no problem there. Still, poker can take a bit longer to play, so you can get more hands of Blackjack in per hour.
And stay away from Craps haha. Up to 4 separate dealers – not worth it

Offhand, I’d say poker – since you aren’t in a semi-adversarial role when dealing poker like you are with the other games, the players are likely to be more forthcoming tipwise.
