What variation of poker did they play in 007 Casino Royale for the big pot?

What variation of poker did James Bond played when they was playing for the BIG prize money? I want to get into poker. I know that there’s many variations of poker, I just want to play the same variation of poker that they were playing in 007 Casino Royale.
