What is the “card” that is required for casino jobs?

I recently moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and have been trying to apply for casino jobs. To be a server, you need a “card”. Which card are they referring to and how do you obtain one? Please help.

One of the cards that you need is a health department card from Clark County that verifies that you are healthy and have no diseases that can be given to the casino customers.
