My friend at work keeps playing poker at the casino.. He asks if i can cover his night shifts sometimes because he is hot playing poker and gives me $300-$500 to cover his 4-5 hour shift at work when he is not there.. In order for an on-line casino to make money do they buy some sort of permit or can anyone just create a casino software and then upload it onto the internet or what? How do they make money? What is necessary in order to own and run an on-line casino?
