I’m having a Casino themed birthday party and am on a low budget, the hall i’m renting has only got big main light which are to bright and to high up to cover.
Has anyone got any ideas for cheap and easy lights?

I have epilepsy, and went to the casino the other night and on the way home I had a really bad seizure. It seems with all the lights flashing it could cause it. Has anyone else ever happened to them?
