ok so my 17th birthday is coming up and i want the party to be a casino theme and have everyone dress up and stuff. any tips?

im going to have a casino theme for my 18th and im going to have a blackjack table and roulette table, i want to have a couple prizes for the best players at the end of the night, any good prizes? im on a budget too.
