Why are casino security personnel allowed to break the law?

I’m studying law, and read a book that illustrates how casino security are allowed to violate a casino patron’s rights when the win too much money certain games (like blackjack). This includes illegally detaining them, physical/verbal harassment, and unlawful searches.

HOW are they able to get away with this? Even when it’s brought to court, they are rarely acknowledged of committing these violations of the law

Are you allowed to have someone take a photo of you at a poker table at a casino?

I played poker at Atlantic City quite a few times. Almost every time it was at Taj Mahal. I played at Showboat once and Taj maybe 5-6 times. The thing is i want to have a photo of myself playing poker like they do with all those photos of poker pros playing poker with a photo of themselves with their chips, cards at the casino.

I am just an amateur but does anyone know if that is allowed? I just want to have a friend of me take a photo of me at the table with my chips, sunglasses and my poker face. I am only interested in poker rooms in Atlantic City such at Taj, Showboat, Tropicana, Borgata etc.

Thanks.

Are owners of a casino allowed to beat people up?

I’ve seen this in movies before such as in the recent hit film “21″ where these supposedly security guards or agents drag casino players into like a backroom if they suspect the player of cheating somehow and beat the crap out of the person. How come they’re allowed to do that without getting arrested or anything?

What are good online casino/poker sites which Florida residents are legally allowed to play and win?

i’ve tried many like PokerStars and FullTiltPoker and such, and different online casinos, but none of them allow florida residents to play.
why? I dunno..
but if anybody knows legitimate sites where florida residents can play, please let me know. comments are welcome.
Thanks in advance!
