My birthday is this Saturday and I want to go with my girlfriend up to a casino in Oklahoma to gamble, but my driver’s license will expire on my birthday. Does anybody know if this will be a problem?

An expired license is seen as non valid. You’d better hit the DMV pronto so that you have a valid license before your birthday.

im prettty sure you have to be 21 to gamble in a casino. but yes an expired license will most likely not be accepted. its not at liqour stores or clubs so its most likely not in casinos either

If it expires on say 10/24 you can play on 10/24, thats the last day. Not on the 25th. They dont accept expired ids.
