I am very worried about my husband. He left around midnight last night to go to a poker tournament he said he would be back around 2 am, its now 6:30 am and he is still not home. How long do poker tournaments at Casinos usually last?

It depends on how many people enter, the structure of the tournament (how many chips do they start with, how many levels there are and how long each level lasts). The main factor though is how long a player actually lasts in a tournament. If he goes very deep (lasts a long time) or gets to the final few players it will take much longer than if he is knocked out early on.
The fact that he’s been so long may mean he’s had a really good tournament and is winning a good prize.

OMG!! they can last for up to 8-12 hours depending on the number of players.I play at full tilt poker and in the free roll competitions which seats 7500 people,if I’m lucky(rarely) i can make the last table which takes me from 2am in the morning,right through to 10 in the morning,that’s 8 hours to get on last table.
Your husband is either playing you for a fool and humping some dirty whore,or he’s innocently playing poker like he said.See what he smells like when he gets home,all bubbly and with a big grin on his face smelling of perfume and no money left(the whore)….sad face and no money left…(playing poker)…happy face,smells like camels butt and loads of money(poker winner)
