I am a serious investor, i am planning to build a casino in a small town i need any suggestions on what type of rooms i should put in there, how much staff i would apporx. need and I only have a 4 acre site to build on help me please

Come on now. If you’re as serious an investor you allege to be you’d know where to start and how to do the research. You would have a whole team already in place working for you and getting this thing going with all the right research and knowledge. You’re not a serious investor if you’re looking to YA for advice on how to handle something with major regulations and laws.

Make it beautiful and welcoming on the outside. Maybe a pretty fountain. On the inside have a large oval shaped lobby that leads into about 7 or 8 rooms. Each of those rooms will be casino areas. The next 2 or 3 floors up should be other performance or entertainment areas.
