The local casino is hiring security guards and I am perfectly quailified for the job. One of my friends said it would be BAD to have it in my job record if I try to become a police officer someday.

No, it wouldn’t hurt your chances of becoming a police officer unless you don’t do a good job, get a bad recommendation, get fired, or quit without notice. Be careful. Be a good employee. Know what your responsibilities are and what your authority is. Make good decisions. Do you have a college degree? If not, get one. Getting a college degree is one of the best things that you can do if you want to become a police officer. Best of luck!

On the contrary, it will amount to a valuable job experience in your resume. Until you reach your professional goal it is better to work in your own field than stay idle or drive a taxi. And working in a casino might also turn out to be a lucrative career opportunity in private security.
